7 Serial Blasts in Jaipur; 60 Dead and 150 Injured

Seven Serial blasts claimed life of 60 persons so far and injured more than 150. The blasts took place after 7.00 pm IST in a Walled City area. Injured have been take to Sawai Mann Singh hospital. The latest reports have said that RDX was used as explosive in these blasts and bombs were planted in bicycles.

Blasts took place at Manas Chowk, Johari Bazar, Tripolia Bazar, Badi Choupal, Choti Choupal, and Kotwali area. As per sources, the eighth bomb has been diffused.

As per the latest reports, 60 persons have been declared dead including many old people and women from the area. The blasts which took place at different locations within few minutes have shocked the residents of Jaipur.

Jaipur has been very calm city and such blasts have never happened here. Jaipur is one of the most visited cities by tourists from all parts of the world.

NSG has reached Jaipur and is inspecting the whole area. The mobile network in the city has been jammed due to security reasons. Rajasthan Chief Minister has announced Rs 5 lakh compensation for each of the dead and Rs 1 lakh for each injured.
