Pune based biotech company Advance Bio Agro Tech Ltd (ABTL) has signed global marketing and manufacturing agreement with European pharmaceutical company Huvepharma. The Bulgaria based company has been growing rapidly in global pharmaceutical sector.

The new venture would focus on developing, manufacturing and marketing human and animal health product which will be beneficial to the Indian consumers.

Bulgaria-headquartered Huvepharma is a fast-growing global pharmaceutical company with a focus on developing, manufacturing and marketing human and animal health products. The company has offices and subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Belgium, Poland, China, Taiwan, Thailand, USA and Russia.

Under the pact, ABTL will be responsible for making a wide range of feed additives, specifically in the segment like probiotics, prebiotics, enzymes and a focused set of anticoccidials.

Next to the feed additives a broad set of veterinary products would be offered including treatments for respiratory diseases like mycoplasma infections and multiple gastrointestinal infections.
