Elecon Engineering wins order worth Rs 120 crore

Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has bagged an order worth Rs 120 crore from Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone Ltd. of Adani Group.

The contract involves design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of material handling system for West Port, Mundra.

Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone Limited is India's largest private port and special economic zone being developed on the west coast of India.

The shares of Elecon closed on Friday at Rs 35.40, up 4% compared to previous close of Rs. 34.10. While, the scrip of Mundra Port closed at Rs 283 on BSE.
