Kilburn Engineering inks MoU with Conwood Pre-Fab

Mumbai-based Kilburn Engineering has entered into a MOU with Conwood Kilburn Engineering inks MoU with Conwood Pre-Fab Pre-Fab, for the purchase of an 8-acre land at Dhamangaon on the Mumbai-Nasik highway for Rs 15.90 crore.

Under the agreement, the company will set up its manufacturing facility at this location. The project is expected to be operational by the end of 2009.

Kilburn Engineering Limited engages in the design, engineering, manufacture, supply, and installation of various types of drying systems in India and internationally.

Recently, the company has received an order/letter of intent for Rotary/Fluid Bed Driers from Cabot Corporation U.S.A. (Rs 2.73 crore), TCI Sanmar Chemicals LLC, Egypt (Rs 2.96 crore) and Dina-Petrokemija, Croatia (Rs 9.17 crore).
