Nepal President returns Kathmandu after hometown visit

Kathmandu, Sept 26 : Nepal's President Dr. Ram Baran YadavNepal''s President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav returned home after completing a four-day visit to his hometown, Janakpur, in Dhanusha district.

It was Yadav''s first visit to his hometown since he was elected as the first President of republican Nepal.

Yadav, who stayed amid tight security, attended several programmes.

Besides visiting several Hindu temples, he also visited Sapahi village, his birthplace, and interacted with the villagers.

The local business community had felicitated him. Nepalnews reported. (ANI)
