Valecha Engineering is considering a bonus issue

Valecha Engineering is considering a bonus issue and the stock price has already seen a gain of 8%. I guess the stock is good buy at current price. I am not currently invested in this company, but i am tempted to buy around 200 shares of this company with a medium term outlook.

Can someone suggest me the price target for this stock in a period of 6 months ?
