Naveen Chawla to review MP poll preparedness today Bhopal, Apr 13 : Election Commissioner Navin Chawla will arrive here this afternoon to review poll preparedness in Madhya Pradesh for the coming Lok Sabha polls.

During his two-day visit, Chawla will hold meeting with representatives of political parties.

On Tuesday, he will take stock of preparations for the polls during a meeting with senior officials of twenty-six districts.

Besides, he will also meet state''s Chief Secretary, Home Secretary and DGP.

Thirteen parliamentary constituencies will go to polls on April 23 during this phase.

In an attempt to restrict violent speeches and money distribution acts, the Election Commission on Sunday appealed to all the political parties to exercise model code of conduct for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.(ANI)
