King Albert IIDhabi, 13th Nov. 2008 -- President H. H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a congratulatory cable to King Albert II of Belgium on the occasion of the King's Day.

Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai H. H.
