Chicago, Mar 11 : US first lady Michelle Obama's toned arms have been seen by some as workout inspiration and by others as symbols of hope.

One such fan is Ann Fox, who works out at the East Bank Club, and loves the first lady''s trademark sleeveless dresses.

"She is setting a wonderful example of a confident woman who is making healthy food choices, exercising regularly, and is comfortable with her body," the Chicago Suntimes quoted her as saying.

Chicago, Mar 10 : American actress Julia Roberts has revealed during an interview about her role as a former CIA agent in "Duplicity", that she could never be a spy in real life.

Roberts, 41, and her co-star Brit actor Clive Owen play as lovers in the movie, and both have admitted that they would never have made it as real agents outside the big screen.

"I think I''d be a bad spy. I''m just too stupid," the Chicago Suntimes quoted her as saying.

Michelle was volunteering at Miriam''s Kitchen in Washington on March 5 where she helped dish out food for the homeless, and she took time out to talk about doing community service and eating a nutritious meal.

Chicago (US), Feb. 28 : An Ethiopian refugee in Chicago has been arrested for threatening to target President Barack Obama with HIV-infected blood.

According to Fox News, this only the second time ever that HIV-infected blood has been sent with malicious intent through the U. S. mail system, a spokesman for the U. S. Postal Inspection Service said.

The man reportedly sent Obama and his staff envelopes containing HIV-infected blood, in the hope of killing or harming them.

Jennifer Hudson is set to perform on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' later this week.

Hudson will perform her new single, 'If This Isn't Love,' on the talk show, reports Chicago Sun-Times.

It's the latest of several public performances for Hudson, who made her triumphant comeback at the Super Bowl in Tampa last month.

Following the Super Bowl, where she performed the National Anthem, Hudson has performed at the NAACP Image Awards, the Grammys, as well as the pre-Grammy MusiCares event and Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party.

Chicago, Feb 23 : A second grade student's letter written to President Barack Obama, asking him to help the homeless, has been included in a new book called "Dear Mr. President," which features 150 letters and drawings from children around the world.

Aleshay Clay (7), studying at the Bouchet Elementary Math and Science Academy, is worried so much about the destitute people in her neighborhood that she wrote a letter to Obama urging him to do something.
