Haryana, Aug 20 : Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy Vilas Muttemwar today said that government is to implement a scheme to give financial incentives to youth promoting solar energy system.
While participating in the national level function of Rajiv Gandhi Akshay Urja Diwas at Panchkula, Muttemwar said there are 140 manufacturing units engaged in the manufacturing of water heater equipment in the country.
