Chennai: Sify Limited has incorporated its portal www.sify.com, i-Way cyber café chain and Sify broadband to home services into one sole business entity.

Raju Vegesna, Chairman & CEO, Sify stated, “We are bringing together iWays, broadband to home, and portals to build upon their strengths, and to leverage the synergies possible as an integrated consumer business. This integration is a key step towards growing our consumer businesses, and gaining a larger share of the growing Indian market for the services we offer. The recently created segment will have Naresh Ajwani, President, Consumer Infrastructure & Operations, leading the access scheme across broadband to home and cyber cafes, and V. Sivaramakrishnan, President, Consumer Marketing, chairing the online content, e-commerce and advertising plans.
