Sonia Gandhi to visit Rajasthan today

Jaipur, Sep 8 : Congress president Sonia Gandhi will arrive on a one-day visit to Rajasthan today.

According to sources, she will inaugurate the Barasinghsar lignite mine in Bikaner District.

Later Gandhi will address a public meeting organised by the party''s state unit at Devli in Tonk district, sources said.

The Congress chief is likely to be accompanied by some other members from the screening committee and the AICC observers, besides state leaders, including Rajasthan Congress Party president CP Joshi and former state chief minister Ashok Gehlot. (ANI)
