Spice Communications posts a net loss of Rs 35 crore for June quarter Spice Communications, a leading private telecom service provider has informed that it has posted a net loss of Rs 35 crore for the three month period ended June 30,
2009.

The company stated in a communiqué to Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that it has recorded a net loss of Rs 136.45 crore for the similar quarter last year.

However, company's total revenue during the reporting period inched up by 5.15% to Rs 330.40 crore from Rs 314.32 crore in the same period last fiscal.

Stock price of Spice Communications ended the day in red at Rs 61, down 2.08% on National Stock Exchange (NSE).
