BT India, the Indian subsidiary of BT group, which is one of the world’s leading providers of communications solutions and services, has announced the opening of its first ever BT Asia Pacific Security Operations centre (SOC) in India.
The centre which is located in a BT dedicated building at Noida, will provide security device management services involving critical customer components including firewalls, intrusion detection devices and Bluecoat Proxy devices used for securing networked-IT environments.
The provider security, storage and systems management solutions, Symantec Corp. today announced that it will soon release Norton 360 version 3.0 security solution in India. According to the Sunnyvale, California based security firm, Symantec, Norton 360 version 3.0 is an all-in-one security solution for computers with/without internet connections.

It was confirmed by Adobe on Thursday that major security vulnerability is present in its Acrobat and Reader software.
In its security advisory, Adobe informed, "This vulnerability would cause the application to crash and could potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system. There are reports that this issue is being exploited."
