Three Israeli troops killed in friendly fire incident in Gaza Tel Aviv - Three Israeli troops were killed and a fourth seriously wounded in a friendly fire incident during heavy fighting in the northern Gaza Strip, Israeli media reported early Tuesday citing military sources.
