Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) is a potentially lethal blood clot, which forms in a vein deep in the body. Such clots occur when blood turns thick and clumps together.
Most deep vein blood clots take place in the lower leg or thigh. Moreover, they can also occur in other body parts.

With help from the State and Central Governments, women residing in Krishnagiri District in Tamil Nadu have set up cottage industries to make various items ranging from soft toys to beautiful accessories.
Workers involved with the SHGs are earning a decent sum for their livelihood.

Her huger strike will start in Chennai on Monday from 9 am to 5 pm.
